Growing up in Mansfield, Texas Megan gleaned her leadership skills from participating in FFA and as a member for the Beef Heifer Show Team.
Having roots in agriculture Megan then relocated to Gustine in 2005 to expand her families ranch, later attending Howard Payne University.
Megan has 6 years experience in the crop insurance industry, working her way up the ladder from an assistant she is now the operations manager at AgriTech.
Megan is an expert at traditional row crops and also focuses on specialty crops like Pecans, peaches, and grapes.

Wes grew up in Western Kansas in and around a AG insurance agency that specialized in Farm and Ranch and Crop Insurance. He studied Agribusiness and Leadership at Kansas State University. Since 2013 he has been building a profitable book of Farm and Ranch insurance at Garrett Insurance in Kerrville, TX. He specializes in gentlemen farms, hobby farms, large production farms, grower packer shippers, and his favorite, custom harvesters. He is passionate about the perpetuation of family farms to the next generation farmer. Wes is based in our Manhattan, Kansas office. Trent is a co-founder of AgriTech Crop Insurance and has been a crop insurance agent in Western Kansas for 20 years. Trent is the also the co-founder of AgencyKPI, Inc. a technology company in Austin, Texas. KPI provides a business intelligence platform for insurance networks, independent agencies, and insurers. Trent is also currently an equity partner with Garrett Insurance headquartered in Kerrville, Texas. Previously, Trent was the CEO at Combined Agents of America, and before running Combined Agents of America, he spent 18 years as President & Chairman of the Board with Bridges Group Insurance an independent agency based in Norton, KS. Trent also currently serves on numerous advisory councils and boards.
Ted grew up in the panhandle of Texas with family rooted in a custom harvesting, farming and livestock transportation business, After high school in Friona he attended South Plains College, and WTSU in Canyon Tx studying Ag Business.
He brings a very diverse ag related background to our team not only from harvesting, farming, transportation, dairy, beef cattle and has previous experience as crop adjuster. He understand the meaning of family farm, and wanting to see it passed down to future generations and is committed to helping protect it.
Residing in Levelland Tx and being involved in 4h and FFA is an important step in seeing the family farm succeed, His efforts to establish a meat goat show in Hockley county has grown to being one of the largest goat shows in the state.
